Our Courses at NTW 2025
The Organisation Workshop – A Live Demo of Systems, Roles & Real-World Leadership
This powerful session is a live demo of The Organisation Workshop (OW)—an immersive experience that drops participants into the chaos and clarity of organisational life.
Participants step into the roles of Tops, Middles, Bottoms, and Customers, simulating the pressures and communication breakdowns that exist in real workplaces. Through this dynamic, fast-paced simulation, leaders and team members alike gain deep insight into systems thinking, power dynamics, and how leadership is exercised at every level.
Creative Thinking & Problem Solving with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
Innovation starts with engagement. In this interactive workshop, participants will experience the power of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP)—a unique method that taps into creativity, unlocks insight, and enhances collaboration through hands-on model-building and storytelling.
Using LEGO® bricks, participants build models in response to guided questions. These models spark conversation, surface hidden assumptions, and strengthen shared understanding across teams. It’s fun, focused, and deeply impactful.
Building Trust & Psychological Safety – Foundations for High-Performing Teams
Trust is the foundation of effective leadership, collaboration, and innovation. This session equips managers and team leaders with the mindset and skills to build psychological safety—a culture where people feel safe to speak up, take risks, and contribute fully.
Participants will explore the Trust Equation, reflect on their own leadership behaviours, and practise techniques that support open, honest, and productive team dynamics.
Coaching Leadership – Empowering Teams Through Conversations That Matter
This session introduces the principles and practices of Coaching Leadership—a people-focused leadership style that builds trust, unlocks potential, and fosters a growth mindset across teams. Participants will explore how to shift from directive to developmental leadership through practical coaching tools and real-world conversations.
Speak Up! – Building Confidence and Breaking Barriers to Voice at Work
This session explores speaking up with confidence and authenticity—whether in meetings, with managers, or among peers. We explore the psychological and cultural barriers that hold people back and provide practical strategies to create safe, inclusive environments where all voices are heard and valued. Through real-life scenarios, group reflection, and skills practice, participants will learn how to express ideas, raise concerns, and contribute more fully to team dialogue.
